In August, Fredericton Police Force hosted Cool Cops, an event where hundreds of children came out to meet members of the Force. They held a raffle and one of the prizes was to have the Police drive someone to school.

Bobby, a Liverpool Street Elementary School student, received his prize on Sept. 27 as he was driven to school in a police car by two constables. He was greeted by his entire class upon arrival at the school. With the window down, lights and sirens on, Bobby arrived in style that morning! Student were invited to sit in the cruiser and had a meet and greet with the officers, where they entertained many interesting questions from the children.

The Fredericton Police Force would like to wish all students a safe and happy school year and thanks to everyone who participated in this year's Cool Cops event and raffle.
