Facility Details

The Grant-Harvey Centre at 600 Knowledge Park Drive offers 2 community rooms for meetings, events, or activities. Each room features roll up doors that can be opened to the NHL ice surface area and a built-in projector and screen. The rental rate is $22.50/hr (plus HST) per room, and the rooms are available from 8:00am - 10:00pm. All bookings include set-up of tables and chairs and wifi access.

Community Room Capacity

Separately, each community room can hold:

45 people Open Space (no tables and chairs)

40 people Theatre Style (rows of chairs)

30 people Round Tables (seats of 8)

30 people Rows of Tables (with seating)

30 people Boardroom (U-shape with seating)

Together, both community rooms can hold up to 100 people with Round Tables (seats of 8).

Conference Room 202

A boardroom-style meeting room on the second floor, which can accommodate up to 15 people around a boardroom table (TV included).

The Willie O'Ree Place at 605 Cliffe Street offers 3 community rooms for meetings, events, or activities. The rooms can be opened up to accommodate larger events (up to 200 people for all 3 rooms). Each room features a built-in projector and screen. The rental rate is $22.50/hr (plus HST) per room, and the rooms are available from 8:00am - 10:00pm. All bookings include set-up of tables and chairs and wifi access.

Community Room Capacity

Separately, each community room can hold: 

60 people open space, no tables and chairs
60 people round tables, seats of 8
40 people theatre style/rows of chairs
40 people rows of tables
30 people boardroom/U shaped set up

Together, all three rooms can hold up to 200 people (open space), or 120 people (round tables, seats of 8).

The Killarney Lodge at 1600 St Mary's Street sits on the edge of Killarney Lake and the park's trail system.

The Rotary Room is a large event space that is used for meetings, social gatherings, and weddings. The rental rate is $47.50/hr (plus HST),  and the room can accommodate up to 100 people (for seated events, the maximum capacity is 90). It is available from 8:00am - midnight.

Please note that there is a 2-hour minimum rental for each booking and that your booking time should include your set up and take-down time.

- Kitchen (Dishes, Cutlery, Glassware, Coffee/Tea Urns; not a prep kitchen)

- Room set up with 6' round or rectangular tables, with white linens, and chairs

The Odell Lodge at 397 Rookwood Avenue sits in Odell Park with access to its trail system.

The lodge's upstairs room is a large meeting room that is used for meetings, social gatherings, and small weddings. The rental rate is 22.50/hr (plus HST) and the room can accommodate up to 70 people. It is available between 8:00am - 9:30pm.

Please note that there is a 2-hour minimum rental for each booking and that your booking time must include your set up and take-down time (renters are responsible for facility set-up).

The Fredericton Senior Centre at 112 Johnson Avenue is a community rental space for activities and events focusing on the older adult population (50+). The rental rate is $16/hr (plus HST), and the rooms are available from 9:00am - 10:00pm. 

Please note that there is a 2-hour minimum room rental for each booking and that your booking time should include your set up and take-down time.

The Senior Centre features:

1 large meeting room (seating for up to 150 people)

1 small meeting room (seating for to 20 people)

The Northside Youth Centre is located in Willie O'Ree Place at 605 Cliffe Street, it opens at the end of May and runs to the end of August. 

NYC can be reserved in 2 hour increments ($100 plus HST) before or after the public hours on Saturday and Sunday. Rental includes use of youth centre (video games, basketball court, table tennis, etc...) and skatepark with all equipment.

Located at 600 Knowledge Park Drive, the Southside artificial turf field can be booked for soccer, football, rugby, lacrosse, and ultimate frisbee.

Located at 605 Cliffe Street, the Northside artificial turf field can be booked for soccer, football, rugby, lacrosse, and ultimate frisbee.

Located in Nashwaaksis Middle School at 324 Fulton Avenue, the Nashwaaksis Fieldhouse offers 5 gyms (3 basketball courts, 4 volleyball courts, 13 pickleball/badminton courts), a weight room, and a mezzanine area. Rental is available for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton, ultimate frisbee, soccer, futsol and gymnastics. Baseball, softball, floor hockey and tennis are not permitted.
